Dr. Bondurant is a wonderful teacher and an amazing person. I came to Dr. Bondurant over the pandemic at age 30 because I wanted to learn piano and get back in touch with my musical roots after being away from anything music related for over a decade. She was able to meet me where I was mentally and provide me with the lessons and tools I would need to get started. In addition to piano, in the back of my mind I had always thought about writing music but never had the courage or belief that I could do something like that. She encouraged me to just do it and gave me the guidance to get started. Now I’m writing music I would have never thought I could a couple of years ago. She’s an endless source of inspiration musically and personally. When I leave a lesson I always have a sense of courage and belief that I can accomplish things.
In addition to the music side of things, Dr.B has been very helpful and supportive of the health issues my family and I have been going through. She regularly checks in to see how things are going with us, and that means a lot to me. Dr. B has a huge heart and an amazing mind for music. Anybody who wants to progress musically would absolutely benefit from taking lessons with her.

Dr. B has been the driving force behind the development of our children's musical abilities. She was able to take our daughter from the most basic level of band at school to earn a spot at the most elite ensemble group in less than one school year. Dr B is an exceptionally good flute teacher. Dr B is my son’s flute teacher and apparently Dr B managed to unlock my son’s potential in music. Before Dr B, my son has been learning flute from another teacher but did not make much progress. After switching to Dr B, my son managed to progress from just getting a pass in the level 3 ABRSM exam to getting a distinction in level 6 in around 1 year. The progress has been amazing. Highly recommended.
